Texas Blue Impact Grants

Blue Impact Grants will provide funding to support projects that focus on building healthier communities in Texas.
Focus areas include:
- Economic opportunity and stability - Addressing issues such as poverty, removing barriers to employment, providing good jobs, and upskilling
- Nutrition - Supporting efforts to decrease hunger and increase access to nutritional food
- Neighborhood and built environment - Focusing on affordable healthy housing, access to transportation, and access to physical activity
- Locally defined health solutions - Addressing local health and human service needs
- Optimal health outcomes - Helping close gaps in care, specifically in the priority areas of immunizations, diabetes care, cardiovascular care, behavioral health, early detection cancer screening, and maternal and infant health
Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in Texas that have an annual budget of $2 million or more and qualified staff to oversee and manage the project.
Award amounts are between $25,000 - $75,000.
