NOSORH Rural Health University: Level II Developing Competitive Grant Proposals
Developing Competitive Grant Proposals is Level II of NOSORH's Grant Writing Institute (GWI). This is a series of 6 live webinars designed to help individuals working in rural and underserved settings move from project planning to full proposal preparation while building grant writing skills.
Course objectives:
- Build aligned logic models and work plans
- Develop practical evaluation plans
- Create realistic grant budgets and budget justifications
- Write clear, reviewer-friendly proposal narratives
- Prepare proposals for submission and final review

Submission strategies
Level II is designed for individuals working in rural and healthcare shortage settings who have some familiarity with grant writing and are ready to strengthen their proposal development skills. The course is relevant for staff working in rural healthcare, public health, nonprofit, community-based, and other rural-serving organizations.
There is an $800 registration fee.
The course is available for one year after the purchase date.

Participants are strongly encouraged to complete Level I of the Grant Writing Institute before enrolling in Level II.
There is no set deadline to register. Sessions will be recorded and can be accessed outside of the scheduled live webinar dates.
