The General Grant Program is offering grant funding for projects aiming to improve patient care and safety, advance patient health outcomes, and improve chronic disease management through preventive interventions, or support healthcare professionals and organizations providing healthcare services. A preference is given to projects that support community health needs, improve healthcare quality, reduce healthcare costs, and serves underserved communities and patient populations.
Coverys Community Healthcare Foundation, Inc. has a history of funding rural projects.
Eligible organizations include but are not limited to nonprofit and for-profit organizations, healthcare facilities, academic institutions, and physician organizations. Applicants may be located in any U.S. location, but a preference is given to applicants in the communities that Coverys are located.
Grant awards are between $50,000 and $60,000.
