Purpose

This opportunity offers funding to provide comprehensive services for pregnant and postpartum women with substance use disorders (SUD) across the continuum of residential settings that support treatment and sustain recovery. Treatment and recovery support services should be provided to pregnant and postpartum women, who may reside with their minor children while in treatment. Services are expected to be available to persons who are uninsured, underinsured, and persons in rural and highly impacted communities.

Projects should:

  • Provide treatment services through a process of screening, assessment and planning
  • Provide recovery support services through an array of services that support the mother, her dependents, and family members
