Purpose

The Expanding Nutrition Services program will support Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) funded health centers to increase access to nutrition services for the purpose of preventing, managing, and treating diseases and conditions through nutritional and food-based interventions.

Applicants for this funding must increase the number of nutrition services patients or visits.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are Health Center Program award recipients with an active H80 award.
