The Delta Dental of Rhode Island Dentist Loan Repayment Program seeks to increase loan repayment opportunities for dentists in Rhode Island. Through this program, Delta Dental of Rhode Island will support new dentists practicing in the state and help improve access to dental services for underserved Rhode Islanders.
Eligible applicants must:
- Have graduated from a U.S.-based or foreign dental school within the first 10 years of practice at the point of initial application submission
- Have qualifying government and/or commercial educational loans
- Be currently or committed to practicing as a general dentist or dental specialist in a qualified public, for-profit, or nonprofit facility
Up to $20,000 per year for up to 3 years.
