The Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) is offering research funding to a single entity to:
- Strengthen tribal communities' drug data systems to monitor for and detect emerging drug threats
- Support tribal communities' development or scaling of early warning systems that disseminate actionable data about emerging drug threats to various audiences
Eligible applicants:
- Federally-recognized tribes
- Tribal serving organizations
- Tribal colleges and universities (TCUs)
- Urban Indian organizations (UIOs)
- Tribal Epidemiological Centers (TECs)
- Nonprofit organizations partnering directly with tribal entities
Award ceiling: $300,000
Project period: 1 year
