Purpose

Revenue Cycle for Independent RHCs Masterclass is an on-demand, 3-part webinar series that explores the critical role of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in optimizing revenue and ensuring long-term organizational success.

Learning objectives:

  • Understand the role of Revenue Cycle Management in supporting financial performance and organizational sustainability
  • Identify opportunities to improve front-end, middle, and back-end revenue cycle processes
  • Apply best practices to reduce inefficiencies, improve reimbursement, and strengthen cash flow
  • Implement strategies to monitor, manage, and optimize revenue cycle performance

Sessions include:

  • Optimizing revenue cycle performance: Measurement and management
  • Optimizing healthcare front-end operations: Enhancing patient experience and financial performance
  • Optimizing middle- and back-end revenue cycle improvement
