Physician Associates of MidMichigan Community Medical Foundation Grants
The Physician Associates of MidMichigan Community Medical Foundation offers funding for projects related to health, wellness, and health education in the Foundation's service area.
Areas of interest are proposals that:
- Are directly related to health, wellness, and health education
- Are directly related to access to clinical care and clinical technologies
- Assist in enhancing healthcare services in rural areas
- Provide support and strengthen the delivery of healthcare services
- Produce high quality, cost-effective, measurable results
- Offer educational grants and scholarships for health profession students who intend to practice their profession following the completion of their residency, fellowship, or other educational program in approved communities
- Offer assistance with the educational loan repayment of the health profession students who agree to practice in an approved community
Eligible applicants are people and organizations in good public and financial standing that are located within the geographic area served by Physician Associates of MidMichigan.
Grant award amounts are not stated.
Scholarships and loan repayment will be up to $20,000 unless there are extraordinary circumstances.
