The Dr. Frank Newman Rural Health Awards are honorary awards recognizing service to rural communities and healthcare in Montana.
Award categories:
- Frank Newman Rural Health Leadership Award - Recognizes an individual who has shown exceptional leadership in and commitment to rural healthcare in Montana
- Frank Newman Rural Clinician Leadership Award - Recognizes a healthcare professional who works directly within a rural community to advance and improve care in rural Montana
- Frank Newman Future of Rural Health Award - Recognizes an outstanding young leader (high school, college, or early career) who is from a rural community, is pursuing a health science educational opportunity, and/or who is working on rural health issues and has shown a commitment to improving the health of Montana
Individuals who have shown leadership in the interests of rural communities and healthcare in Montana are eligible.
Awards are honorary.
