Purpose

The Medica Foundation Rural Health Program offers funding for organizations to support health related programs that address social determinants of health and strengthen regional and rural communities in Minnesota.

Project examples include funding for caregiver/respite services, technology, transportation, program supplies, dental care, and food security.
Eligibility

Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, public/governmental agencies, and tribal nations located in and providing services in rural Minnesota.

Applicants must be located outside of the 7-county Twin Cities metropolitan area.
