Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) Competitive Grants Inactive
Grants for projects that educate youth between 10 and 19 years of age and pregnant and parenting youth under age 21 on abstinence and contraception for the prevention of pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections, and human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. Projects should focus on youth populations that are high risk, vulnerable for pregnancies, or otherwise have special circumstances, which includes Native American and rural youth.

Family Violence Prevention and Services Discretionary Grant Program - National Indian Resource Center Addressing Domestic Violence (NIRC) Inactive
Funding to a single entity to establish and maintain a National Indian Resource Center Addressing Domestic Violence and Safety for Indian Women (NIRC). The NIRC will provide technical assistance and training resources for tribes and tribal organizations to enhance their capacity to respond to domestic violence; enhance the intervention and prevention efforts to increase the safety of indigenous women; and coordinate activities with other federal agencies, offices, and grantees that address the needs of American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians that experience domestic violence.
