Supporting Vulnerable and At-Risk Youth Transitioning Out of Foster Care Inactive
Funding for pilot demonstration projects to develop, implement, and build replicable treatment models for residential-based innovative care, treatment, and services for adolescents and youth transitioning out of foster care who have experienced a history of foster care involvement, child poverty, child abuse or neglect, human trafficking, juvenile justice involvement, substance use or misuse, or gang involvement. The program has an interest in providing services for youth in rural areas.

Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Program Training and Technical Assistance Inactive
Funding for national training and technical assistance (TTA) providers to develop comprehensive strategies to respond to the overdose crisis and the impacts of opioid, stimulant, and other substance use and misuse on individuals and families. TTA providers will form a collaborative to support the Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use site-based Program (COSSUP).

Training and Services to End Violence Against Individuals with Disabilities and Deaf People Inactive
Grants to support multidisciplinary collaborative teams that offer services and support to individuals with disabilities and deaf individuals who have been victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.

Alaska Native Youth Training and Technical Assistance Project Inactive
Funding to provide comprehensive and culturally relevant training and technical assistance to support Alaska Native villages and communities in their efforts to create, expand, and/or sustain programs, services, and supports for youth. The program is designed to build capacity of organizations to offer prevention and intervention services for Alaska native youth to reduce juvenile delinquency, incarceration, substance use, suicide, expulsion or dropout from school, and other challenges.

Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Abuse Site-Based Program Inactive
Grants to develop, implement, and/or expand comprehensive programs in response to illicit opioids, stimulants, or other substances of abuse. The program provides resources to support state, local, tribal, and territorial efforts to reduce substance misuse and overdose deaths and enhance public safety while supporting victims.

Comprehensive Secure and Responsible Drug Disposal Program Inactive
Grants to support state, local, and tribal drug take-back efforts, including purchasing storage and disposal equipment and other innovative approaches.

Rural Violent Crime Reduction Initiative Training and Technical Assistance Provider Inactive
Funding for a single entity to serve as a training and technical assistance provider to support site-based grantees working to reduce violent crime in rural areas. Applicants should demonstrate how they have worked closely with law enforcement agencies and allied public safety and health providers in the past in addressing violent crime problems.

Supporting Tribal Youth: Training, Technical Assistance, and Youth Leadership Inactive
Two cooperative agreements to tribal youth training and technical assistance providers under two categories: 1) To provide culturally based, trauma-informed training, support, and related technical assistance to build capacity to develop, improve, and/or maintain their juvenile justice system; and 2) To enhance tribal efforts to develop youth leadership skills and support action related to juvenile justice issues, delinquency prevention, and public safety issues in Indian country.

National Tribal Clearinghouse on Sexual Assault Inactive
Funding to establish a National Tribal Clearinghouse on Sexual Assault to provide training and technical assistance designed to improve victim services for and the criminal and civil justice response to American Indian/Alaska Native sexual assault victims, as well as increase offender accountability for such crimes.

Enhancing Services for Older Victims of Abuse and Financial Exploitation Inactive
Funding for projects that enhance services for older victims of abuse and financial exploitation. Priority will be given to applications addressing challenges in rural communities, persistent-poverty counties, and in qualified Opportunity Zones.
