PCORI Ambassador Program
A national volunteer network designed to engage healthcare stakeholders in strengthening the patient-centered outcomes research (PCOR) community and increasing the dissemination of PCORI-funded​ research. PCORI supports research to give patients a better understanding of the prevention, treatment and care options available while considering potential for differences in treatment effectiveness among subpopulations, such as rural residents.

Prevent Cancer Foundation Community Grants Inactive

National Network of Libraries of Medicine Region 7 Grants Inactive
Funding for projects in Region 7 (northeastern U.S.) that improve health literacy; increase the ability of the general public to find and use health information; and improve health professionals' access to, awareness of, and skills for locating high quality biomedical and health information.

Supporting Vaccine Confidence Inactive
Funding to expand, plan, implement, and evaluate promising practices and develop novel approaches to increase vaccine confidence among populations with low vaccination rates, including rural communities.

Maine Grants for Change Inactive
Funding for nonprofit organizations in Maine that are led by and serve Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Color (BIPOC). Projects will advance racial justice, and engage and connect people in Maine around shared values of racial justice and health equity.

NOSORH Awards Inactive
Awards given by the National Organization of State Office of Rural Health (NOSORH). Awards honor exemplary work and leadership of State Offices of Rural Health, individuals, and organizations dedicated to rural health across the country. NOSORH membership is required for some of the awards.

The New Commonwealth Racial Equity and Social Justice Fund Inactive
