A 6-month rural health leadership development program for executives and prospective executives from Critical Access Hospitals, rural hospitals, and other rural health organizations in Illinois. The program is designed to give participants an understanding of what sets rural healthcare apart from urban, and what rural leaders are called to do in their positions.

Rural Healthcare Provider Transition Project (RHPTP) Inactive
Technical assistance and training for small rural hospitals and certified Rural Health Clinics to build capacity in value-based care (VBC), with emphasis on efficiency, quality, patient experience, and safety. The program's goal is to guide small rural hospitals and Rural Health Clinics that are not currently participating in VBC to prepare for participation in a health system focused on value.

Targeted Technical Assistance for Rural Hospitals Program Inactive
2-year technical assistance program for rural hospitals to address financial and operational challenges and help maintain essential health services in rural communities.
