Increasing Access to Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) in the United States Inactive
Funding to support the efforts of community-based organizations to improve water, sanitation and hygiene conditions and/or awareness of poor conditions in their respective communities. Priority will be given to specific communities, including rural and tribal areas.

Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund Grants Inactive
Grants to eligible agencies to capitalize a revolving loan fund that will provide loans and subgrants to eligible entities to carry out cleanup activities at brownfield sites contaminated with hazardous substances and/or petroleum. The program has a focus on areas historically affected by economic disinvestment, health disparities, and environmental contamination.

Community Economic Development Focus on Energy Communities Inactive
Grants for projects aimed at business development opportunities and creating employment for low-income individuals located in energy communities that have experienced employment loss and/or economic dislocation because of declines in the fossil fuel industry and/or are disproportionately reliant on fossil fuel energy production or distribution. Bonus points are given to projects that create jobs in rural and tribal communities.

Funding to provide training and technical assistance for rural, small, and tribal municipalities, publicly owned wastewater treatment works, and decentralized wastewater treatment systems for the prevention, reduction, and elimination of pollution.

Tribal Solid Waste Grant Inactive
Grants to support planning, assessment, evaluation, and training activities to help tribes establish sustainable waste management programs and measure the extent of threat to human health related to the disposal of solid waste.

Tribal Public Health Capacity Building and Quality Improvement Umbrella Cooperative Agreement Inactive
Funding to strengthen the infrastructure of tribal public health systems by strengthening leadership and workforce, improving access to tribal-specific data, adapting evidence-informed programs, and improving policies and practices to increase sustainability.
