Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Community Selection Inactive
As part of the Continuum of Care program, HUD will select up to 25 communities to participate in the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program to develop and execute a coordinated community approach to preventing and ending youth homelessness. At least 8 of the selected communities will be rural. Applicants must be a collaborative registered through the most recent Continuum of Care Program.

Public Transportation on Indian Reservations Program: Tribal Transit Program Inactive
Funding to support planning, capital, and operating assistance for tribal public transit services. Among other things, this funding supports partnerships working to expand access to health, medical, and social service providers.

Broadband Technical Assistance Program Inactive
Funding to eligible entities to receive or deliver broadband technical assistance and training that promotes the expansion of broadband into rural areas. In addition to supporting broadband technical assistance and training activities, funding may be used to help develop and expand broadband cooperatives.

Community Facilities Technical Assistance and Training Grant Inactive
Grants to intermediary organizations to provide technical assistance and training for rural organizations and agencies to identify and plan for community facility needs that exist in their area, and once those needs have been identified, locating public and private resources to finance those identified needs.

Rural Community Development Initiative (RCDI) Inactive
Funding to help nonprofit housing and community development intermediary organizations support housing, community facilities, and community and economic development projects in rural areas.

Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Formula Program Inactive
Grants for tribal communities to improve services for victims of crime. Funding may support a comprehensive range of activities including needs assessment, strategic planning, program development, implementation, and other activities needed to address the needs of a wide variety of crime victims in tribal communities.

California Tribal Fund - Food Sovereignty and Local Control of Food Systems Inactive
Grants for California-based tribes and tribally-controlled nonprofit organizations working to build food systems in native communities that are self-directed, well-resourced, and supported by policies and systems.

Tribal Justice Training and Technical Assistance Program Inactive
Funding to provide culturally responsive training and technical assistance for tribes in the areas of criminal justice, substance use, violent crime, and intergovernmental collaboration.

Minnesota Regional Health Equity Network Grant Program Inactive
Grants for capacity development of regional and community partnerships that advance health equity. Projects should build relationships that are foundational for successful public health partnerships. Advancing health equity in rural settings is one of the program priorities.

Environmental Justice Collaborative Problem-Solving Cooperative Agreement Program Inactive
Funding to support community-based organizations to use the EPA Environmental Justice Collaborative Problem-Solving Model to develop and implement community-driven solutions that address environmental and/or public health issues for underserved communities. Special consideration will be given to projects located in rural areas.
