Need based scholarship for an underrepresented minority medical school student enrolled in an accredited program for the 2021-2022 academic year. Priority will be given to applicants that have an interest in health issues that impact rural populations and an interest in practicing in a rural setting.

Scholarships for Disadvantaged Students (SDS) Inactive
Awards funding to health professions schools to increase diversity in the health professions workforce by providing scholarships to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Priority is given to institutions that seek to place graduates in medically underserved communities.

Postdoctoral Training in General, Pediatric, and Public Health Dentistry Inactive
Grants to plan, develop, operate, or participate in, postdoctoral training programs in the fields of general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and dental public health. Programs should prepare postdoctoral trained dentists to improve access to and delivery of oral healthcare delivery to low income, underserved, uninsured, underrepresented minority, health disparity, and rural populations.
