Behavioral Health Mobile Crisis Team Partnerships (MCTP)
Funding to establish new, or enhance existing, mobile crisis teams that serve children, youth, and adults experiencing mental health or substance use disorder crises. Focuses on expanding behavioral health crisis response capacity and the development of structured partnerships that reduce reliance on law enforcement and emergency departments for behavioral health crises.

Services Program for Residential Treatment for Pregnant and Postpartum Women (PPW-R)
Funding to provide comprehensive services for pregnant and postpartum women with substance use disorders (SUD) across the continuum of residential settings that support treatment and sustain recovery. Treatment and recovery support services should be provided to pregnant and postpartum women, who may reside with their minor children while in treatment. Services are expected to be available to persons who are uninsured, underinsured, and persons in rural and highly impacted communities.

Maternal Produce Prescription Program (MP3)
Funding to support community-based organizations to develop produce prescription intervention programs that promote access to healthy foods for pregnant and postpartum women and their families in low-income rural and urban areas.

Protecting and Rehabilitating Sexually Exploited Women and Girls Through Long-Term Safe Homes
Funding for initiatives that seek to address sexual violence by providing safe homes for sexually exploited and/or abused women or girls. One of the program priorities is supporting safety and justice for trafficking victims in small towns and rural, remote, and tribal communities.

Protecting Women and Girls through Founding and Replication of Existing Long-Term Safe Homes
Funding for initiatives that seek to address sexual violence by founding or replicating new safe homes for sexually exploited and/or abused women or girls. One of the program priorities is supporting safety and justice for trafficking victims in small towns and rural, remote, and tribal communities.

Rural Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking Program
Grants for projects designed to address and prevent sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking in rural communities. Applicants may also apply for the Rural Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (Rural SANE) Initiative.

Medical Forensic Access Initiative
Funding for projects that support states, tribal communities, healthcare systems, or community-based organizations in collecting, analyzing, and reporting information related to access to medical forensic examinations for women and girl survivors of sexual assault. Rural and other communities impacted by forensic healthcare access gaps are a program priority.

OVW Grants to Indian Tribal Governments Program
Grants to assist tribal governments and authorized designees of tribal governments to respond to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, sex trafficking, and stalking in their communities.

Tribal Sexual Assault Services Program (TSASP)
Funding for tribes and tribal organizations to develop, maintain, and expand sustainable sexual assault services within Indian country and Alaska Native villages.

America's Healthy Food Financing Initiative Local and Regional Healthy Food Financing Partnerships Program (HFFI Partnerships Program)
Funding to build the capacity of locally and regionally focused Healthy Food Financing Partnerships to provide financial and technical assistance to eligible healthy food retailers and post-harvest food retail supply chain enterprises. Rural areas are a program priority.
