The California Healthcare Foundation (CHCF) accepts unsolicited funding requests from organizations working to improve the health of the underserved through health services and policy.

Funding priorities include:

  • Improving access to coverage and care for low-income populations
  • Ensuring high-value care
  • Informing decision makers

Grants awarded by CHCF are not limited to California entities or to individuals residing in California; however, projects must have relevance to California healthcare delivery issues.
