California Health Care Foundation Unsolicited Proposals
The California Health Care Foundation (CHCF) accepts unsolicited funding requests from organizations working to improve the health of the underserved through health services and policy.
Funding priorities include:
- Improving access to coverage and care for low-income populations
- Advancing people-centered care by ensuring delivery of comprehensive, coordinated services and reducing inequities in care
- Investing in people, knowledge, and networks that help to make meaningful change possible in California's healthcare system
Grants awarded by CHCF are not limited to California entities or to individuals residing in California; however, projects must have relevance to California healthcare delivery issues.
No amount is given.
