The Missouri Student Loan Repayment Program offers loan repayment assistance for specific healthcare providers who agree to practice in Health Professional Shortage Areas in Missouri.
The service requirement is a minimum of 2 years.
Eligible professions to be determined prior to the application opening in September of 2026.
Other eligibility requirements:
- U.S. citizen
- Missouri resident
- Be willing to serve in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) in Missouri
Award amounts will be determined by appropriations prior to the application opening in September of 2026.

The next application cycle will be open from September 1 through November 1, 2026.
