A challenge designed to find community-led strategies and tools to address health disparities in communities disproportionately impacted by environmental risks and hazards, including those related to climate change.

Center for Indigenous Innovation and Health Equity Inactive
Funding to support 2 cooperative agreements to establish a national Center for Indigenous Innovation and Health Equity (CIIHE) to support community efforts to address health disparities and advance health equity in American Indian and Alaska Native populations, and Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander populations.

American Indian/Alaska Native Health Equity Initiative Inactive
Grants to support the development and implementation of evidence-based models and/or promising practices to help address historical and generational trauma existing in AI/AN communities with the goal of increasing resiliency and protective factors within AI/AN youth.

Partnerships to Achieve Health Equity Inactive
Grants to regional partnerships that are working to improve access to and utilization of care by racial and ethnic minority and/or disadvantaged populations, develop innovative models for managing multiple chronic conditions that disparately affect racial and ethnic minorities and affect morbidity, increase the diversity of the health workforce, and/or increase data availability and utilization of data that increases the knowledge base regarding health disparities.
