Grants to recruit, train, and develop victim service professionals that will provide direct victim services to American Indian/Alaska Native victims of crime in locations that are remote and where positions are hard to fill. Projects should focus on engaging interested individuals, including college and university students, who are from, or live and attend school in, these areas.

Grants for local parks and recreation agencies to use evidence-based mentoring programs to support youth living in communities with high rates of substance misuse who have experienced substance misuse directly in the home or personally, with special focus on youth facing barriers to youth development opportunities, including those in low-income and rural areas.

Grants for the Benefit of Homeless Individuals (GBHI) Inactive
Grants to support the development and/or expansion of local implementation of a community infrastructure that integrates behavioral health treatment and services for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental and substance use disorders, permanent housing, and other critical services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Linking Actions for Unmet Needs in Children's Health Grant Program Inactive
Grants to promote the wellness of young children from birth to 8 years by addressing the physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral aspects of their development to ensure children are thriving in safe, supportive environments, and entering school ready to learn and able to succeed. Projects should work to advance equity for all, and to identify racial, ethnic, sexual and gender minority, and rural populations at highest risk for experiencing behavioral health disparities.
