North Dakota Community Foundation Statewide Greatest Needs Grant Program
Grant to support a broad range of projects in communities throughout North Dakota.

WHEDA Foundation Housing Grant Program
Supports the development or improvement of housing facilities in Wisconsin for people experiencing a housing crisis.

Promise Neighborhoods Program
Grants to support improvement in the educational and developmental outcomes of children and youth in the most distressed communities. Projects should work to ensure school readiness, high school graduation, and access to a community-based continuum of high quality services.

Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Formula Program
Grants for tribal communities to expand and enhance services for victims of crime.

Kinship Navigator Programs: Replication and Tribal Adaptation
Funding to increase the number of state and tribal child welfare agencies that replicate and implement an evidence-based Kinship Navigator Program (KNP). KNPs help relative and kin caregivers learn about and access programs and services to meet their own needs and the needs of the children they are raising.

Regional Partnership Grants
Funding to support collaborative regional partnerships between child welfare agencies, substance use treatment agencies, and juvenile or state courts to support programs for families whose children are in or at risk of being placed in an out-of-home placement due to a caregiver's substance use.

Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Community Selection
As part of the Continuum of Care program, HUD will select up to 50 communities to participate in the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program to develop and execute a coordinated community approach to preventing and ending youth homelessness. At least 16 of the selected communities will be rural.

Special Tribal Criminal Jurisdiction Grant Program (STCJ)
Grant support and technical assistance for Tribes for planning, developing, and implementing changes in tribal criminal justice systems necessary to exercise Special Tribal Criminal Jurisdiction (STCJ) for covered crimes, which include assault of Tribal justice personnel; child violence; dating violence; domestic violence; obstruction of justice; sexual violence; sex trafficking; stalking; and violation of a protection order.

Arkansas Giving Tree Grants
Supports a broad range of projects that address local needs in Arkansas, including organizations working in health and human services.

Washington Building Communities Fund
Grants to tribes and nonprofit, community-based organizations in Washington to pay for up to 25% of eligible capital costs to acquire, construct, or rehabilitate non-residential community and social service centers in communities with the greatest need.
