Kinship Navigator Programs: Replication and Tribal Adaptation
Funding to increase the number of state and tribal child welfare agencies that replicate and implement an evidence-based Kinship Navigator Program (KNP). KNPs help relative and kin caregivers learn about and access programs and services to meet their own needs and the needs of the children they are raising.

Regional Partnership Grants

Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Community Selection
As part of the Continuum of Care program, HUD will select up to 50 communities to participate in the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program to develop and execute a coordinated community approach to preventing and ending youth homelessness. At least 16 of the selected communities will be rural.

Special Tribal Criminal Jurisdiction Grant Program (STCJ)
Grant support and technical assistance for Tribes for planning, developing, and implementing changes in tribal criminal justice systems necessary to exercise Special Tribal Criminal Jurisdiction (STCJ) for covered crimes, which include assault of Tribal justice personnel; child violence; dating violence; domestic violence; obstruction of justice; sexual violence; sex trafficking; stalking; and violation of a protection order.
