The goal is to develop a more culturally and linguistically competent behavioral healthcare workforce, including providing comprehensive wrap-around supports. Applicants should conduct outreach and recruitment in rural and medically underserved areas; for educationally and/or economically disadvantaged students; and to former foster youth, veterans, immigrants, refugees, and adult/non-traditional learners.

NCOA Grants for New Benefits Enrollment Centers Inactive
Grants to community-based nonprofits to serve as Benefits Enrollment Centers that work to find and enroll eligible adults in 5 core federal benefit programs. Focuses on serving certain target population groups, including people living in rural areas.

California Local Aging and Disability Action Planning (LADAP) Grant Inactive

NBCC Minority Fellowship Program for Mental Health Counselors (Masters and Doctoral) Inactive
