healthcare professionals in Wisconsin. Develops
community-based health professions training programs.
Oversees the 7 regional Area Health Education Centers
(AHECs) in Wisconsin, which are the Northwest, Northern
Highland, Northeast, Milwaukee and Southeast, South
Central, Scenic Rivers, and North Central.
