Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC)
A regional economic development agency that represents a partnership of federal, state, and local government. Supports the economic and social development throughout West Virginia and parts of 12 other states: Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
