Wisconsin Community Action Program Association (WISCAP)
Description
Serves as the voluntary association of the 16 Community
Action Agencies (CAAs) and 2 special purpose agencies
in Wisconsin. Promotes the development of resources that
support their anti-poverty missions. Includes the Community
Development Services (CDS) program, which provides
education, training, and technical assistance to rural
Wisconsin communities.
