Works to support and build evidence-based practices for
treatment and prevention of substance use disorder (SUD),
specifically opioid use disorder (OUD), in several
Appalachian counties in Kentucky, New York, Ohio, and West
Virginia. Distributes examples of best practices and
provides program testing and technical assistance.
