Description
A Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) working with patients, providers, and government agencies to improve the health of people in Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Also provides technical support on identified high-priority issues to rural hospitals, Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs), and other acute care facilities serving vulnerable populations.
