Community Action Partnership (CAP)
Description
National organization which represents the interests of Community Action Agencies (CAAs) across the country. Supports CAAs in their work to empower low-income individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency, through programs that include child development programs, weatherization assistance, job training, and elder care.
