Delta Health Care Services Grant Program
Grants to address unmet health needs in the Delta Region through cooperation among healthcare professionals, institutions of higher education, research institutions, and other entities.

Smith-Lever Special Needs Competitive Grants Program
Funding to enable the Cooperative Extension System (CES) to assist in preparing for, providing an educational response to, recovering from, and mitigating disasters and disaster threats. The program supports innovative, education-based approaches to address disaster preparedness and specific responses related to disasters or disaster threats caused by natural, human-made, technological hazards, or by other factors that contribute to the exposure of or risk to a community.

Rural Economic Development Loan and Grant Program (REDL and REDG)
Loans and grants to assist in the economic development of rural areas, including funds for healthcare facilities and equipment, telecommunications networks, and job creation projects.

Strategic Economic and Community Development Program

Disaster Water Grants Program
Grants to help rural communities handle expenses related to presidentially declared disasters that damaged water systems. Water systems include all water resource infrastructure, including drinking water, wastewater, storm drainage, and solid waste facilities.

Drinking Water and Waste Disposal Grants for Rural and Native Alaskan Villages
Grants to help remote Alaskan villages provide safe, reliable drinking water and waste disposal systems for households and businesses.

Emergency Community Water Assistance Grants
Grants for eligible communities to prepare for or recover from an emergency that threatens the availability of safe, reliable drinking water.

Intermediary Relending Program (IRP)
Provides low interest loans to intermediaries that re-lend to businesses to improve economic conditions and create jobs in rural communities.

Multifamily Housing Loan Guarantees
Loan guarantees for qualified private-sector lenders to provide financing to qualified borrowers with the intent of increasing the supply of affordable rental housing for low to moderate income individuals and families in eligible rural areas and towns.
