Provider's Clinical Support System - Universities Inactive
Funding to support graduate-level education for students in medical, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, and other eligible advanced practice nursing programs with a focus on treating opioid use disorders and prescribing medications for opioid use disorder in office-based settings upon graduation. Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Tribal Colleges and Universities, Hispanic-Serving Institutions, and Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions are encouraged to apply.

Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program Inactive
Grants to educate and train the primary care and geriatrics workforces to provide age-friendly and dementia-friendly care in integrated geriatrics and primary care sites/delivery systems and maximize patient and family engagement to address care gaps and improve health outcomes for older adults. Proposals that benefit older adults in rural, tribal, or other medically underserved communities/populations are a priority.

Primary Care Training and Enhancement-Language and Disability Access (PCTE-LDA) Inactive
Grants to develop curricula and train medical students, physician assistant students, and primary care medical residents to provide high-quality primary care services to individuals with limited English proficiency (LEP) and/or individuals with physical disabilities, and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) with goals of improving health outcomes for these populations. Priority will be given to applicants who can demonstrate that they train residents in rural areas and tribal communities.

Primary Care Training and Enhancement - Residency Training in Mental and Behavioral Health (PCTE-RTMB) Inactive
Grants to train primary care residents in mental and behavioral health for pediatric, adolescent, young adult, and other populations who are at-risk or have experienced abuse, trauma, or mental health and/or substance use disorders, including those related to the effects of gun violence. Priority will be given to proposals to train residents in rural areas, including for tribes or tribal organizations in rural areas.
