Funding for the development of community-university partnerships to improve health, examine social determinants of health, or enhance health equity to result in future collaborative research proposals. Indiana CTSI has an interest in projects that are focused on rural health.

Closing the Gap with Social Determinants of Health Accelerator Plans Inactive
Funding to collaborate with multi-sectoral partners to develop an implementation-ready Social Determinants of Health Accelerator Plan to reduce disparities in health outcomes related to chronic disease in a tribal jurisdiction, community, or catchment area. Health disparity populations include socially, economically, geographically, and environmentally disadvantaged populations.

Broadband Technical Assistance Program Inactive
Funding to eligible entities to receive or deliver broadband technical assistance and training that promotes the expansion of broadband into rural areas. In addition to supporting broadband technical assistance and training activities, funding may be used to help develop and expand broadband cooperatives.
