Healthy Transitions: Improving Life Trajectories for Youth and Young Adults with Serious Mental Disorders Program Inactive
Grants to improve and expand access to developmentally, culturally, and linguistically appropriate services and supports for transition-aged youth and young adults (ages 16-25), who either have, or are at risk for developing, serious mental health conditions.

Overdose Data to Action: Limiting Overdose through Collaborative Actions in Localities (OD2A: LOCAL) Inactive
Funding for health departments to use data to drive actions that reduce overdose morbidity and mortality in communities, with a primary focus on opioids and/or stimulants. Activities should focus on people and groups experiencing a disproportionate burden of substance use disorders, which includes rural communities, among others.

Grants to provide access to primary care services for low income individuals and families living in Utah that do not have health insurance and are not eligible for CHIP, Medicare, or Medicaid.

Cancer Health Equity Research Centers at Minority-Serving Institutions Inactive
Funding to support the formation of Cancer Health Equity Research Centers (CHERCs) designed to target cancer health disparities that are unique to a local or regional community.
