Tennessee Perinatal Telehealth

Projects should serve as building blocks toward a more unified perinatal telehealth system capable of improving patient outcomes, decreasing travel burdens, strengthening referral pathways, and supporting providers in rural and healthcare shortage communities.

Opioid Settlement Fund Community Grant Program
Grants for organizations working to abate and alleviate the impacts of the opioid crisis and co-occurring substance use challenges in South Dakota communities. Rural behavioral health workforce, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) training, and telehealth in rural communities are among the approved uses of funds.

Innovations for Healthy Living - Improving Minority Health and Eliminating Health Disparities (R43/R44)
Funding for small business concerns to develop a product, process, or service with the aim of improving minority health and/or reducing and ultimately eliminating health disparities in one or more NIH-defined population groups.

Rural Health Care Program – Healthcare Connect Fund
Provides assistance to healthcare providers for eligible expenses related to broadband connectivity at a flat discounted rate of 65%. Participants can apply as a member of a consortium or a stand-alone entity.
