Grants and technical assistance for colleges and universities, including minority-serving institutions, to support the adoption and implementation of a 100% tobacco/vape-free college-wide policy by June, 2025. Hawaii Community Grants for Youth Electronic Smoking Device Prevention Inactive
Grants for projects to prevent the use of Electronic Smoking Devices by Hawaii youth under the age of 18.
