Brownfield Assessment Grants
Grants for assessing, prioritizing, and planning for the cleanup and redevelopment of brownfield sites that are complicated by the presence or potential presence of a hazardous substance, pollutant, or contaminant. The program has a focus on areas historically affected by economic disinvestment, health disparities, and environmental contamination.

Brownfield Cleanup Grants
Grants to carry out cleanup activities at specific brownfield sites, resulting in better community environmental health. The program has a focus on areas historically affected by economic disinvestment, health disparities, and environmental contamination.

Brownfields Multipurpose Grants
Grants to carry out a range of eligible assessment and cleanup activities within a proposed target area, such as a neighborhood, a number of neighboring towns, a district, a corridor, a shared planning area or a census tract. Funds must be used for environmental site assessments, brownfields site cleanup, and the development of a plan for the revitalization of one or more brownfields site.

American Heart Association Midwest Rural Communities Grant
Grants for rural organizations working outside of healthcare but interested in supporting community health in the Midwest Region.

Outpace CVD Rural Midwest Healthcare Grant
Grants for outpatient care sites in the rural Midwest that are working to manage chronic disease and prevent cardiovascular disease.

Texas Blue Impact Grants
Funding to support projects that focus on building healthier communities in Texas.

Sid W. Richardson Foundation Grants
Grants for nonprofit organizations in Texas that address education, health, human services, and arts/culture. Applications for health-related projects are accepted from throughout the state, including rural areas.

Student Leaders in Public Health Program
Awards for college students to support public health focused field placements and faculty-student collaborative projects. Field placements working with medically underserved, rural, and tribal populations are encouraged.

Minnesota Overdose Fatality Review Team Development and Implementation Grant
Funding to strengthen Minnesota's response to overdose fatalities through the implementation of an Overdose Fatality Review (OFR) process.

North Carolina Community Progress Fund
Grants for organizations in rural North Carolina to meet direct needs, test new ideas, or expand promising efforts to improve communities.
