Grants for nonprofit organizations that are engaged in efforts to improve oral health for medically underserved Wisconsin residents.

Native Entities Grant Program
Funding for American Indian, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian tribes and organizations to promote the adoption of broadband within their communities.

Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program
Funding for Native American, Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian lands for deployment of broadband service and programs that promote remote learning, telework, or telehealth resources.

America's Healthy Food Financing Initiative Local and Regional Healthy Food Financing Partnerships Program (HFFI Partnerships Program)
Funding to build the capacity of locally and regionally focused Healthy Food Financing Partnerships to provide financial and technical assistance to eligible healthy food retailers and post-harvest food retail supply chain enterprises. Rural areas are a program priority.

Bus and Bus Facilities Infrastructure Program
Grants to assist in the financing of buses and bus facilities capital projects, including replacing, rehabilitating, purchasing, or leasing buses or related equipment, and rehabilitating, purchasing, constructing, or leasing bus-related facilities. A minimum of 15% of the total program funding will be awarded to projects located in rural areas.

High Plains Intermountain Center for Agricultural Health and Safety Community Initiated Grants Program
Funding for education and training programming and research projects addressing pressing health and safety issues in agriculture, forestry, and fishing.

California Song-Brown Healthcare Workforce Training Program: Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (FNP/PA) Program
Grants to support family nurse practitioner (FNP) and physician assistant (PA) programs for clinical training in primary care.

Transportation and Lodging for Cancer Patients
Grant for projects supporting transportation and lodging services for Maine cancer patients.

Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Site-Based Program
Grants to develop, implement, and/or expand comprehensive programs in response to overdose deaths, illicit opioids, stimulants, or other substances. Rural communities apply under Subcategory 1c.
