Service Area Competition Funding for Health Center Program (Areas Served with a Project Period Start Date of March 1, 2025)
Funding to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to an underserved area or population. Areas with a March 1, 2025 project period start date are eligible to apply.

Indian Housing Block Grant Program
Grants to develop, maintain, and operate affordable housing in safe and healthy environments on American Indian reservations and in other American Indian areas, and to carry out other affordable housing activities that benefit low-income families.

Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Discretionary Grants
Grants to support communities in the development and implementation of comprehensive safety action plans to significantly reduce or eliminate roadway fatalities and serious injuries. Ensuring investment in rural and tribal communities is a priority.

Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Community Selection
As part of the Continuum of Care program, HUD will select up to 25 communities to participate in the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program to develop and execute a coordinated community approach to preventing and ending youth homelessness. At least 8 of the selected communities will be rural. Applicants must be a collaborative registered through the most recent Continuum of Care Program.

Boettcher Foundation Grants
Community Connections Grants for initiatives or infrastructure projects that strengthen the connections between individuals and organizations in Colorado. Rural Catalyst Grants for building the capacity of rural nonprofit organizations.

Idaho Rural Health Care Access Program (RHCAP)
Awards funding to projects that help rural communities improve access to primary medical and dental healthcare through telehealth, community development, and recruitment/retention projects.

California Central Valley Rural Community Grants
Grants for projects focused on the health and well-being of rural central valley communities in California.

Medicare Promoting Interoperability Program Hardship Exception Application
CMS eligible hospitals and Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) may be exempted from the Medicare Promoting Interoperability payment adjustment if they can show that compliance with the requirement for being a meaningful EHR user would result in a significant hardship. Eligible hospitals and CAHs may submit a hardship exception application each year for a maximum of 5 years.

Wyoming Agricultural Community Mental Health Vouchers
Vouchers for up to 6 counseling sessions for individuals working in agriculture, rodeo, and/or farming communities in Wyoming.

APhA Foundation Incentive Grants
Offers pharmacists seed money to implement or support an innovative patient care service within their pharmacy practice. Pharmacists in rural areas have received funding in previous rounds.
