Healthy Lifestyles in Youth Project Inactive
Funding to a single entity to promote healthy lifestyle development, nutrition, and physical activity for American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) children and youth ages 7-11. The grantee will provide technical assistance and training to selected Native Boys and Girls Clubs to develop health and wellness programs that include the Together Raising Awareness for Indian Life (TRAIL) curriculum.

Indian Health Service Behavioral Health Integration Initiative (BH2I) Inactive
Funding for tribes, tribal organizations, and urban Indian organizations to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate behavioral health integration with primary care, community-based settings, and/or integrate primary care, nutrition, diabetes care, and chronic disease management with behavioral health.

Indian Health Service Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention Program: Substance Abuse Prevention, Treatment, and Aftercare Inactive
Funding for tribes, tribal organizations, and urban Indian organizations to reduce the prevalence of substance use and decrease the overall use of addicting and illicit substances among American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) populations. Projects should include care coordination, culturally responsive behavioral healthcare services, and early intervention strategies for AI/AN youth at risk for substance misuse behavior.

Indian Health Service Zero Suicide Initiative Inactive
Funding for tribes, tribal organizations, and urban Indian organizations to implement the Zero Suicide model, which focuses on developing a system-wide approach to improving care for individuals at risk of suicide who are currently using health and behavioral health systems.
