Working with Publicly Funded Health Centers to Reduce Teen Pregnancy among Youth from Vulnerable Populations Inactive
Awards funding to create networks of publicly-funded health centers that will work with other vulnerable youth-serving entities to create linkages of care and make referrals with the intention of reducing the teen birth rate and increasing the accessibility and usage of sexual and reproductive health services.
