Learning community in New York that includes a virtual summit, monthly webinars, and topical coaching calls designed to incorporate evidence-based practices and transform the care given to older adults. Participants include Federally Qualified Health Centers and community-based social service organizations, among others.

Appalachia READY Nonprofits Initiative Learning Track Inactive
Online training, coaching, and funding designed to build organizational capacity for nonprofit organizations in the Appalachian region.

Medicare Savings Programs Grant Inactive
Grants to educate, engage, and enroll eligible older adults with low income in Medicare Savings Programs. The program is available in 21 states and Puerto Rico and has a focus on underserved populations, including minorities and those living in rural communities.

Rural Behavioral Health Workforce Centers - Northern Border Region Inactive
Funding for a Rural Behavioral Health Workforce Center (RBHWC) to provide career and workforce training activities in New York to address behavioral health needs, particularly substance use disorders. RBHWCs are part of the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program, an initiative with the goal of reducing morbidity and mortality resulting from substance use disorder, including opioid use disorder, in high risk rural communities.
