Union Pacific Foundation Community Ties Giving Program: Local Grants
Grants to nonprofit organizations to support direct services and capacity building efforts aimed at improving the quality of life in communities served by Union Pacific in the areas of safety, workforce development, community vitality, and environmental sustainability. Special emphasis is given to programs and organizations that serve populations in local communities. Rural communities have been awarded funding in the past.

Rocky Mountain Power Foundation Grants
Grants for organizations in the Rocky Mountain Power Foundation service area, with a focus on community enhancement, safety/wellness, environment, arts/culture, and education.

Wyoming Agricultural Community Mental Health Vouchers
Vouchers for up to 6 counseling sessions for individuals working in agriculture, rodeo, and/or farming communities in Wyoming.

Community Facility Loans
Loans to help develop and improve essential community facilities in the rural West.

Daniels Fund Grants
Grants for nonprofit organizations in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming working in the areas of aging, drug and alcohol addiction, amateur sports, youth development, disabilities, homelessness, and education.

RCAC Infrastructure Loans
Loans to finance water and waste facility projects in the rural West, including the early funds small rural communities need to determine project feasibility and to pay pre-development costs prior to receiving state and federal funding.

Western Professional Student Exchange Program
Program that allows students in specific western states and territories to enroll in selected out-of-state professional healthcare programs and pay reduced tuition.

Wyoming Grant Assistance Program (WYGAP)
Technical assistance program that provides local governments, non-profits, and small businesses in Wyoming with support to identify, pursue, and manage grants that support local priorities.

Wyoming J-1 Conrad 30 Visa Waiver Program
Offers a J-1 Visa waiver to foreign physicians who commit to serving for 3 years in an approved area of Wyoming, allowing them to remain in the United States.
