Build Healthy Places Network Community Innovations for Racial Equity Inactive
Funding, technical assistance, and a peer learning cohort designed to build local Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC)-led community development capacity, support community power, explore innovative community ownership models, and address the barriers and gaps within community development and health partnerships to effectively propel racial equity. Priority will be given to rural, tribal, and small- to mid-size communities that have been marginalized and have had less access to resources.

Family-to-Family Health Information Centers Inactive
Funding for new and existing Family-to-Family Health Information Centers that provide information, education, technical assistance, and peer support to families of children and youth with special healthcare needs and the professionals who serve them. A focus of the program is to to advance health equity by reaching territories, tribal regions, and other diverse, underserved communities, including rural areas.

Transformative Research to Address Health Disparities and Advance Health Equity at Minority Serving Institutions (U01 Clinical Trial Allowed) Inactive
Funding to support collaborative teams and individual scientists who propose unusually innovative research projects, which if successful, would have a major impact on preventing, reducing, or eliminating health disparities and advancing health equity. A focus is on applications from minority serving institutions.
