Special Tribal Criminal Jurisdiction Reimbursement Program
Reimbursement funding to tribal governments exercising Special Tribal Criminal Jurisdiction (STCJ) for covered crimes, which are assault of Tribal justice personnel; child violence; dating violence; domestic violence; obstruction of justice; sexual violence; sex trafficking; stalking; and violation of a protection order.

Transitional Housing Assistance Grants for Victims of Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking Program
Funding for transitional housing and support services for victims who are homeless or in need of transitional housing or other housing assistance as a result of a situation of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking. Rural communities are a program priority.

Support Families in the Justice System (Justice for Families) Program
Grants designed to improve the response of the civil and criminal justice system for families with a history of domestic/dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking, and in cases involving child sexual abuse. Priority will be given to projects dedicated to direct victim services and/or criminal justice responses in small towns and rural, remote, and tribal communities.

Rural Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking Program
Grants for projects designed to address and prevent sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking in rural communities. Applicants may also apply for the Rural Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (Rural SANE) Initiative.

Demonstration Program on Trauma-Informed, Victim Centered Training for Law Enforcement on Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking (Abby Honold) Program
Funding for law enforcement to improve response to domestic and dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking from the time of the victim's initial report throughout the investigation. Rural communities are a program priority.

Office on Violence Against Women Training and Technical Assistance Initiative Inactive
Grants to provide direct technical assistance for existing and potential grantees and sub-grantees to enhance and support their efforts to successfully implement projects supported by OVW grant funds. This initiative is designed to build and enhance the capacity of civil and criminal justice system professionals and victim service providers to respond effectively to sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking and foster partnerships among organizations that have not traditionally worked together to address these crimes. Rural communities are a program priority.

Tribal Sexual Assault Services Program Inactive
Funding for tribes and tribal organizations to create, maintain, and expand sustainable sexual assault services within tribal lands and Alaska Native villages.
