Building Communities of Recovery
Grants to support the development, enhancement, expansion, and delivery of recovery support services and recovery education for individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental disorders. Rural populations are a priority.

Adult Treatment Court Site-Based
Grants and technical assistance to enhance the operations of adult drug courts, which includes service coordination, management of treatment court participants, fidelity to the model, and recovery support services. Courts should integrate evidence-based substance abuse treatment, random drug testing, equitable sanctions and incentives, and transitional services in judicially-supervised court settings with jurisdiction over offenders to reduce recidivism, substance abuse, and prevent overdoses. Rural communities are a program priority.

Rural Maryland Prosperity Investment Fund (RMPIF)
Grants to promote economic prosperity in Maryland's disadvantaged and underserved rural communities, with priority given to projects that address entrepreneurship, healthcare, infrastructure, and regional councils.

Strategic Prevention Framework - Partnerships for Success
Funding to use the SAMHSA Strategic Prevention Framework to address one of the nation's top substance abuse prevention priorities in youth and adults. Awardees will use local data to identify the primary substance use concerns in their community and develop strategies and services to prevent substance use and promote mental health.

Daniels Fund Grants
Grants for nonprofit organizations in Colorado and Wyoming working in the areas of aging, drug and alcohol addiction, amateur sports, youth development, disabilities, homelessness, and education.

Hawaii State Loan Repayment Program
Loan repayment assistance for certain health professionals who agree to serve in a Health Professional Shortage Area of Hawaii.

Healthy Alaska Natives Foundation Grants
Grants for projects that directly impact the health and well-being of Alaska Native people and communities, with preference given to the areas of access to care, children, behavioral health, and rural healthcare.

Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment Program Inactive
