Adult Treatment Court Program
Grants and technical assistance to enhance adult drug court operations and services. Courts should integrate evidence-based substance use treatment, mandatory drug testing, sanctions and incentives, offender management, and transitional services in judicially-supervised court settings with jurisdiction over offenders to reduce recidivism and substance use, prevent overdoses, and support long-term recovery.
