Children's Advocacy National Subgrant Program
Funding for the establishment, improvement, and expansion of Children's Advocacy Centers to provide a coordinated response to victims of child abuse through multidisciplinary teams composed of representatives from the statutorily mandated and other involved agencies. One of the program objectives is to increase the number of resource-poor, geographically isolated, rural, and/or underserved communities developing a multidisciplinary approach to child abuse.

Louisiana Community Health Grants
Grants for programs across the state of Louisiana that are designed to increase preventive care, create health equity, and improve health outcomes.

South Carolina Health Priority Grants
Grants for projects that that improve health outcomes and decrease health disparities for South Carolina residents, especially the economically vulnerable. Health priorities include oral health, mental health, diabetes, and social determinants of health.

WHEDA Foundation Housing Grant Program
Supports the development or improvement of housing facilities in Wisconsin for people experiencing a housing crisis.

Tribal Sexual Assault Services Program
Funding for tribes and tribal organizations to create, maintain, and expand sustainable sexual assault services within tribal lands and Alaska Native villages.

Medica Foundation Rural Health Program (Minnesota)
Funding for projects that address health needs and social determinants of health in rural communities of Minnesota.

Iowa Farm Bureau Sponsorship Program
Sponsorship support for events and fundraisers in Iowa. Giving priorities include health and wellness, agriculture, farm families and their communities, and youth education/leadership.

West Michigan Youth Programs
Grants to support projects for youth ages 0 – 18 living within a 4-county service area that includes Lake, Muskegon, Newaygo, and Oceana counties in western Michigan.

PCORI Engagement Award: Dissemination Initiative
Funding to disseminate and communicate pertinent PCORI-funded research findings to relevant stakeholders in ways that will command their attention and interest and encourage use of information in their healthcare decision making.

PCORI Engagement Award: Stakeholder Convening Support
Funding for organizations and communities to hold multi-stakeholder convenings, meetings, and conferences.Convenings should focus on supporting collaboration around patient-centered outcomes research and clinical comparative effectiveness research.
