Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Nutrition Training Program Inactive
Funding to promote the healthy nutrition of mothers, children, and families by establishing and enhancing Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Nutrition Training Programs to provide training for future and current MCH nutrition professionals and nutrition-focused technical assistance to state Title V and other MCH programs. There is also the opportunity to apply for additional funding for the optional Nutrition Workforce enhancement. Programs should implement a curriculum that provides nutrition-focused clinical preparation in multiple settings emphasizing integration of MCH nutrition services and expanding the reach of MCH nutrition services in rural areas.

Geriatrics Academic Career Award Program Inactive
Funding to support the career development of junior faculty in geriatrics as academic geriatricians or academic geriatrics specialists. The overall goals of the program are to develop the necessary skills to lead healthcare transformation in a variety of settings, including rural and/or medically underserved settings, to be age-friendly, and to provide training in clinical geriatrics, including the training of interprofessional teams of healthcare professionals to provide healthcare for older adults.

Healthy Lifestyles in Youth Project Inactive
Funding to a single entity to promote healthy lifestyle development, nutrition, and physical activity for American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) children and youth ages 7-11. The grantee will provide technical assistance and training to selected Native Boys and Girls Clubs to develop health and wellness programs that include the Together Raising Awareness for Indian Life (TRAIL) curriculum.

Indian Health Service Behavioral Health Integration Initiative (BH2I) Inactive
Funding for tribes, tribal organizations, and urban Indian organizations to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate behavioral health integration with primary care, community-based settings, and/or integrate primary care, nutrition, diabetes care, and chronic disease management with behavioral health.
