National Association of Community Health Centers New Board Chair Leadership Program
A 5-part virtual leadership training program for new health center board chairs or those about to step into the board chair role. Training addresses the role of the board chair, board chair-CEO partnership, board meeting facilitation, navigating conflict, and board chair succession planning.
