Massachusetts General Hospital Rural Health Leadership Fellowship
A full-time fellowship for early-career clinicians who have an interest in partnering with rural communities to improve health. The fellowship includes a Masters Degree in Public Health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and focused clinical time in Rosebud, South Dakota at an Indian Health Service site.

Rural Illinois Medical Student Assistance Program (RIMSAP)
Loans and/or recommendations for University of Illinois Medical School students wishing to specialize in family practice or another primary healthcare field and who agree to practice in an approved rural community in Illinois.

Choose West Virginia Practice Tuition Waiver Program
Medical school tuition waiver for the differential between in-state and out of state tuition in exchange for agreeing to practice at an eligible West Virginia service site. Participants must serve one year for every year they receive the award.

Wyoming State Loan Repayment Program
Loan repayment assistance for primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, certified nurse midwives, dentists, dental hygienists, pharmacists, nurses, and mental health clinicians who agree to serve at an approved National Health Service Corps site in Wyoming.

Rhode Island Health Professional Loan Repayment Program
Offers loan repayment for specific primary care, dentistry, and behavioral health professionals that have made a commitment to practice in healthcare shortage communities in Rhode Island.

Kansas J-1 Visa Waiver Program
Offers a J-1 Visa waiver to foreign physicians who commit to serving for 3 years in an underserved area of Kansas, allowing them to remain in the United States.

Delaware State Loan Repayment Program
Loan repayment assistance for healthcare professionals who agree to practice in an approved area of Delaware for a minimum of 2 years.

Kansas Bridging Plan
Loan forgiveness for resident physicians working in primary care, obstetrics and gynecology, and psychiatry who agree to a continuous 36-month service contract to work in rural areas of Kansas.
